Round forming shoulders
Standard Formats

TOSS manufactures round collars for all models of Form/Fill/Seal Machines according to customer requirements.

These competitively priced computer generated forming collars of chequered stainless steel construction make it possible to have very gentle forming of the packaging film. This guarantees very low wear and low friction.

If desired: hardcoatings are available with Titanium Nitride, Chromium Nitride or DLC-protection against wear and tear, for longer shoulder life.
